Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or CAS services.
• Proven experience leading teams, departments, or service lines.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth, and overall performance of the CAS practice.
• Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing CAS team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on financial performance and business decisions.
• Establish and grow a book of business through business development.
• Identify opportunities to expand CAS services and enhance client value.
