Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information.
• Manage complex tax and accounting engagements and billing.
• Train, delegate, supervise, and review engagement activities of staff.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to firm standards.
• Participate in firm committees and lead teams.
• Keep up to date with industry, state, federal, and IRS changes.
• Coordinate delivery of services with CAS team as needed.
• Contribute to marketing activities to attract clients.
