This role is responsible for driving the vision, growth, and operational excellence of the CAS service line while delivering high‑impact financial insights to our clients.

As a key member of the firm’s leadership team, you will shape the future of CAS at JCCS, leading a talented team, strengthening client relationships, and building scalable, high‑value advisory services.

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and overall performance of the CAS practice
  • Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing CAS team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on financial performance and business decisions
  • Establish and grow a book of business through business development and client relationship management
  • Identify opportunities to expand CAS services and enhance client value
  • Oversee delivery of CAS engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency
  • Develop and improve processes, workflows, and service offerings
  • Drive adoption and optimization of technology and tools within the CAS function
  • Collaborate with tax, audit, and firm leadership to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Participate in firm initiatives related to growth, strategy, and team development
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned
To Qualify
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university
  • Active CPA or CMA license
  • 10+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or CAS services
