South Western Communications is seeking a Monitored Services Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of monitored accounts—from creation to ongoing supervision and modification. This role serves as the bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure correct configuration and high-quality service.

The candidate will manage account setups, supervise ongoing monitoring, coordinate communicator programming, and handle user access changes while delivering responsive customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security monitoring, alarm systems, or technical support desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with communicator programming and alarm panel systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using monitoring software.

Responsibilities

• Create and set up new monitored accounts.
• Verify configurations and data in monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with installation teams for communicator programming and connectivity.
• Regularly audit active accounts for proper supervision settings.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing parameters.
• Monitor system alerts and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle user code changes and access permissions for remote systems.
• Provide responsive customer support for monitored accounts.
