Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors.
• Transcribe physician orders in absence of CPOE and EMR.
• Verify lab tests and radiology tests have been ordered and done.
• Prepare and compile records in Med/Surg/Telemetry.
• Order supplies for the unit and prepare patient charts for daily forms.
