Job summary

TikTok seeks a UX Researcher to shape monetization product strategy from Seattle. You will run mixed-method studies, translate insights into product direction, and collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers across time zones to uncover opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze quantitative data and conduct qualitative interviews, influencing cross-functional teams with data-driven narratives and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of UX research experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate findings into strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic research to identify novel monetization product opportunities.
• Collect and analyze user behavior via lab studies, field visits, surveys and experiments.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities.
• Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research outputs.
• Advocate research findings through reports and presentations to stakeholders.
