Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline (expected within 12 months).
• Experience implementing/training ML models in Ads, Search, Recommender systems, NLP, CV, multimodal, or agent tech.
• Familiarity with large language models: pre-training, fine-tuning, prompting, inference and deployment.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: clean code, version control, debugging complex systems.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one DL framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Build a leading moderation system enabling end-to-end decisions with interpretable reasoning and automated remediation.
• Develop scalable machine learning models for content understanding to improve monetization and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to deploy models in production and monitor performance.
