Mode.Inc is shaping the future of consumer engagement through a portfolio of mobile applications and emerging tech. We are seeking a monetization leader to own subscription pricing and paywall experiments across the app suite, partnering with product, engineering and data teams.

You will drive churn reduction, win-back offers, and optimize both subscription revenue and ad monetization using RevenueCat, Superwall, AdMob, and AppLovin MAX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in subscription monetization, pricing strategy, or growth roles.
• Hands-on experience with paywall experimentation and subscription pricing on iOS and Android.
• Working knowledge of RevenueCat and/or Superwall.
• Hands-on programmatic ad monetization experience with AdMob (mediation, ad units, yield optimization).
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, AppLovin MAX, and other ad-centric tools.
• AI-native approach to workflow and scaling impact.
• Proven track record of optimizing conversion, ARPU, LTV, and churn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own subscription monetization and pricing strategy across the app portfolio.
• Design, launch, and iterate on paywall experiments to maximize conversion, ARPU, and LTV.
• Manage subscriber lifecycle programs including churn reduction and win-back offers.
• Own day-to-day management of subscription tooling and vendor relationships like RevenueCat and Superwall.
• Optimize programmatic ad monetization performance using AdMob and AppLovin MAX.
• Monitor and optimize the balance between subscription revenue and ad monetization.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to prioritize infrastructure enhancements.
