Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd seeks a Manager, Senior Systems Analyst to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Monday.com solutions, including configuration, integration, and governance. You will drive platform adoption, establish best practices, and partner with IT and business leaders to deliver scalable workflows and dashboards that improve efficiency.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide user training, and stay current with new Monday.com capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience required, with 4 years of hands-on Monday.com in an advanced and administrative role.
Proven experience designing workflows, dashboards, and automations on Monday.com.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize Monday.com workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across boards and workflows.
Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflows and reports.
Provide training and documentation to drive adoption and governance of the platform.
Monitor KPIs and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities.
