The Manager, Senior System Analyst is a hands‑on technical role focused on the design, development, implementation, optimization, support and governance of Monday.com across the organization. This role drives platform adoption, establishes best practices, and aligns Monday.com capabilities with business objectives and operational processes. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Monday.com with stakeholder engagement and process improvement skills.

This Monday.com SME will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Monday.com solutions, including configuration, integration, customization, and performance monitoring. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable workflows, dashboards, and automation that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or adjacent fields. Advanced degree in in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
Minimum $121,103.00 - Maximum $181,125.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with states and local laws.
