Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience required, with 4 years of hands-on Monday.com in an advanced/administrative capacity.
- Proven experience designing workflows, dashboards, and automations on Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and best practices to improve processes and solution delivery.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations within Monday.com.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all boards and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and improvements.
