Job summary

Bliffert Lumber in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for customers, helping contractors and homeowners find solutions for their projects.

You will support daily sales operations, assist with quoting and order processing, answer customer questions, and help maintain the exceptional service standards our customers expect from Bliffert Lumber. This is a full-time on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, helping contractors and homeowners find solutions.
• Support daily sales operations, assist with quoting and order processing.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately using company systems; prepare quotes and related docs.
• Collaborate with sales team to support customer opportunities and cash sales as needed.
