Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, helping contractors and homeowners find solutions for their projects.
• Support daily sales operations, assist with quoting and order processing, answer customer questions, and help maintain service standards.
• Build strong relationships with retail and contractor customers and answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist walk-in customers with project needs and product selection; provide exceptional service to create loyal, repeat customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms; collaborate with sales team to support opportunities.
• Assist with billing activities and administrative tasks as needed.
