• 3–5 years Functional/Data Analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation projects across full development lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, and rollout.
• Analyze client issues and defects; design and implement innovative solutions.
• Manage client expectations and delivery dates.
• Meet with client stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend options.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Ensure end-to-end solution delivers required business results and drives adoption.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge.
• Support testing activities including test case creation and execution.
• Assist business development activities, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and support system demonstrations.
