CGI is seeking an Integrations Lead Business Analyst to join the Fairfax, VA team in a hybrid role. You will review systems, design integrations for Momentum and Oracle, and guide cross-functional teams through SDLC.

Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills are required. Responsibilities include leading sessions, translating business needs into actionable tasks, creating tests and documentation, and ensuring solutions meet requirements.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have: 0.5+ years of ERP system experience ( Momentum, Oracle ).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Affinity for mentorship of junior team members.
• Ability to support multiple work streams and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in client and team sessions to analyze requirements and determine integration designs.
• Develop knowledge of the client's industry and business objectives to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Follow SDLC processes to implement new functionality and resolve issues.
• Create documentation, training materials, and user guides for systems.
• Create test plans and scenarios; perform system testing to verify design and usability.
• Translate business requirements into executable work for cross functional teams.
