Job summary

CGI Federal is seeking a Momentum Technical Developer I–IV to support and lead Momentum-based financial system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role involves building and maintaining interfaces, batch jobs, reports, and integrations across Dev/Test/Prod environments in a security-cleared setting.

The position requires TS/SCI with Poly, onsite in Rosslyn, VA, with opportunities to grow into advanced technical leadership within CGI’s Intel sector.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Momentum technical development experience to include understanding of complexities of the Momentum technical stack.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and technical delivery best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing development support in one or more of the following areas: WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins, BIRT, etc.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for upgrade to SCI with CI Poly.
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support Momentum based financial system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Momentum and external systems (inbound/outbound).
• Develop and optimize database objects, queries, and data structures supporting Momentum applications.
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing; support UAT and post implementation stabilization; maintain technical documentation and status reporting.
• Create installation scripts and deployment packages; support code migrations across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Troubleshoot technical defects, performance issues, and system errors under senior guidance.
