Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative in Oregon. You will join a friendly team, handle warm leads, provide price quotes, book estimates and cleans, and help customers enjoy our service.

Spanish speaking required; the role includes a guaranteed wage and potential to earn more through incentives, with a company car during the workday and paid training.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with clean record.
• Available to work Mon-Fri days 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services by meeting warm leads in-home and via phone.
• Grow and retain customers by answering calls, booking estimates and cleans.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and build connections.
• Close the loop on open estimates/sales; foster personal relationships.
• Promote company culture and teamwork; energize the team with a positive attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction; resolve concerns and follow up to confirm resolution.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $25 and is dependent on your experience.

• Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked full-time

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services — Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Grow and retain customers — Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner — Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales — We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
• Promote our culture and team — Embrace our culture of teamwork and let your positive attitude energize the team.
• Customer Satisfaction — Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
