Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a Molecular Technologist to join our clinical lab team. You will perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing using established SOPs and report results via the LIS.

Maintain quality control and ensure safe, accurate operations in a fast-paced environment. Requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical technology, with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution or equivalent education and training.

Responsibilities

• Performs simple to complex assays utilizing established departmental protocols.
• Reads, understands, and adheres to all SOPs, policies, and protocols.
• Performs pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing processes accurately and timely, independently.
• Reports results via the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Maintains proper quality control measures and equipment maintenance as per standards.
