Job summary

AccuScan Sciences seeks a highly motivated Scientist, Reagent R&D and Manufacturing to drive development, validation, and manufacturing of molecular biology reagents and QC assays for NGS and molecular testing applications.

Responsibilities include transferring processes to manufacturing, performing hands-on reagent production, and ensuring quality with regulatory compliance in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or related field; recent graduates considered.
• Hands-on experience in reagent development, enzymology, and QC assays.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate molecular biology reagents and QC assays.
• Transfer processes from R&D into routine manufacturing operations.
• Design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot, and document results.
• Ensure traceability, compliance with ISO 13485 and GMP where applicable.
• Collaborate with research, product development, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory teams.
