Job summary

Immunai is seeking a biology-focused researcher to join the Molecular Profiling team in NYC, conducting high-throughput single-cell multiomics and related assays. You will work closely with immunology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics colleagues to advance our platform.

The role requires a BS in biology or related field and 2–4 years of lab experience, with exposure to single-cell multiomics and NGS library prep.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS degree or higher in Biology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a research laboratory.
• Familiarity with molecular biology techniques and sterile techniques.
• Experience with single cell multiomics and NGS library preparation.

Responsibilities

• Augment molecular profiling using single-cell library prep, spatial profiling, and flow cytometry.
• Perform tissue sectioning and H&E staining to support spatial profiling.
• Prepare high-quality tissue sections for tissue-based single cell assays (e.g., FFPEseq).
• Maintain accurate electronic records of experiments using an LIMS or similar system.
• Document, compile, and assist with interpreting experimental data.
