You will oversee day-to-day test performance, document results, ensure CLIA compliance, and mentor lab staff to deliver accurate, timely diagnostics that support patient care.

Qualifications

• Medical laboratory certification or CLIA-compliant Bachelor's in a relevant science.
• Two years of clinical laboratory experience, including molecular or PCR testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLIA high-complexity, real-time PCR testing per protocols.
• Collect, prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens.
• Document laboratory results in the EMR accurately.
• Maintain quality control procedures, calibration, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage reagents and expirations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support operations.
• Provide supervision for day-to-day test performance.
