MainStreet Family Care in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Lab Technician to join our clinical team. You will perform high-complexity molecular diagnostics, including real-time PCR, to deliver accurate results that guide patient care.

The role requires CLIA-compliant credentials or a Bachelor's in a lab-science field, 2 years' experience with PCR, and the ability to work in a fast-paced urgent care environment across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CLIA-certified credential or a CLIA-compliant Bachelor's in lab science.
• Two years of clinical lab experience including molecular or PCR-based testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLIA high-complexity, real-time PCR testing per protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze patient specimens.
• Document lab results in EMR accurately.
• Maintain laboratory equipment through quality control and calibration.
