Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or medical technology.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 0-2 years relevant experience.
• MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical testing following CAP, NY, and CLIA regulations.
• Troubleshoot assay performance and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks and report deviations promptly.
• Manage laboratory stock levels and replenish supplies.
• Assist in training new employees as required.
• Execute other duties as needed.
