Job summary

Leading Healthcare Company is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor specializing in High Complexity Molecular Diagnostics for a full-time, on-site role. Lead laboratory personnel, ensure compliance with CLIA/CAP, and drive quality control programs to maintain accurate patient test results.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a high-complexity clinical lab, strong leadership skills, and experience in molecular testing and LIS systems. This position is onsite in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-complexity clinical laboratory testing.
• ASCP/CLS MT certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in a laboratory setting.

• Oversee daily operations in a high-complexity molecular diagnostics lab.
