Job summary

Leading Healthcare Company is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor specializing in high complexity molecular diagnostics for an onsite, full-time role in Texas. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards to maintain testing quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead a team, implement QC programs, coordinate with other departments, and help develop laboratory protocols while staying compliant with CLIA and CAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-complexity clinical lab.
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations and ensure compliance.
• Supervise personnel to ensure accurate, timely testing.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulations.
• Implement and monitor quality control programs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
• Develop and revise laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory and calibration of equipment.
