The role requires hands-on assay design for ddPCR/qPCR, data analysis, instrument maintenance and strong documentation practices.

Collaborate with CMC, Process Development and Quality to ensure analytical readiness for clinical milestones. Excellent writing and communication are essential in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical development experience in molecular biology assays.
• Experience with ddPCR/qPCR and data interpretation.
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead assay design, development and qualification/validation of molecular biology assays.
• Plan, troubleshoot and execute lab activities including instrument setup and data analysis.
• Maintain cell lines/banks used in assay development.
• Design robustness studies per regulatory guidelines.
• Generate and present data in cross-functional meetings.
• Prepare reports, SOPs and technical documents.
• Support method transfers and validation in GMP environments.
