Job summary

• Isolate RNA and DNA, clone and propagate plasmids.
• Make next generation sequencing libraries and PCR amplify DNA.
• Fractionate DNA, protein or RNA by gel electrophoresis.
• Perform other molecular biology techniques as needed.
