You’ll be involved in the full production cycle—from material preparation and mold setup to part handling, inspection, and final packaging—working in a controlled manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role where operational excellence, consistency, and safety matter every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate molding machines according to production specifications
  • Monitor production runs and adjust parameters to optimize cycle times and quality

Material & Tooling Management

  • Prepare and handle raw materials to prevent contamination
  • Inspect molds and tooling for wear or damage and coordinate maintenance as needed

Product Handling & Quality Control

  • Prepare parts and perform quality checks at each stage of production
  • Verify finished products meet dimensional, cleanliness, and workmanship standards
  • Partner with the Quality team to address any deviations or nonconformances

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
  • Diagnose and respond to process issues to minimize downtime
  • Act as a first responder to production disruptions and collaborate with Maintenance

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area
  • Immediately report unsafe conditions or concerns
  • Accurately record production data and key performance metrics
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with training new team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals

  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and proper use of PPE
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification in molding, machine operation, or related manufacturing technology
  • Experience with inspection techniques and quality standards
  • Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and meeting production goals
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively in a production environment

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a molding, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
  • Additional technical, vocational, or trade training in manufacturing, molding, machine operation, or industrial technology is a plus
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital tools used in manufacturing environments
  • Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to accurately enter production data, complete documentation, and follow written work instructions
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and production technologies
What We Offer
  • Hourly pay range: $25.00–$29.00 non-exempt (based on skills, experience, and business needs)
