Job summary

Pacific Rubber & Packing in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing facility clean, safe, and efficient, enabling great work to happen.

You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor vendors, support facility improvement projects, and uphold safety standards in a hands-on role. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software applications.
• Experience maintaining buildings, facilities, or workplace environments.
• A hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
