Pacific Rubber is seeking a Molding Technician to join our precision manufacturing team in California. You will set up, operate, and maintain high‑precision molding equipment to produce sealing components that meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities span material prep, mold setup, part handling, inspection, and final packaging in a controlled environment. The role emphasizes operational excellence, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in molding or manufacturing.
• Hands-on machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to inspect parts and verify conformance to specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and PPE use.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor production runs and adjust parameters for cycle times and quality.
• Inspect molds and tooling for wear or damage and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements; record production data and KPIs; assist training of new team members.
