Job summary

Aptar in Auburn, AL, is seeking a Coordinator III, Molding reporting to the Associate Manager of Low Cavitation and Molding. This role is based in Auburn, AL and leads daily production teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

You will drive shift leadership, onboarding and training, and support continuous improvement initiatives across molding and VIM operations, with a 12-hour rotating continental schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
