Job summary

Techtronic Industries' Milwaukee Tool facility in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Molding Supervisor to oversee daily molding operations and direct both full-time and temporary operators on a 12-hour shift.

You will ensure safety, 5S standards, train team members, manage attendance and performance, verify BOMs, and support production reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and prior molding supervision are preferred; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
• Lead and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee molding operations and direct full-time and temporary operators.
• Ensure plant safety and 5S standards are met.
• Train and support molding team members and provide feedback.
• Monitor attendance and performance of operators in molding dept.
• Communicate production needs to molding department staff.
• Verify BOMs and ensure labeling, tickets, and counts align.
• Inspect first-piece quality and assist with daily production reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and back up supervision.
• Attend daily production meetings and participate in schedule reviews.
