Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Cookeville, TN. You will lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching a team to achieve performance goals.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• Proficient in reading and communicating in English.
• Experience using production metrics to drive performance is a plus.
• Experience in assembly and/or molding is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (Oracle, Kronos, MES) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedules and customer demands.
• Coach and develop production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor labor utilization, attendance, and workforce performance; provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Support 6S standards and 2nd shift operations.
