Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Molding Supervisor in Cookeville, TN to oversee daily molding operations, ensure safety and 5S standards, and supervise both full-time and temporary operators. You will train staff, monitor performance, report to the Molding Supervisor/Manager, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and leadership skills. The position is based in Cookeville, TN on a 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of manufacturing experience is required.
• Lead and/or supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of molding machines.
• Enforce safety and 5S standards.
• Direct molding operators (FT and temporary).
• Train molding team and provide feedback.
• Monitor attendance and performance; report to supervisor.
• Communicate production needs to molding staff.
• Verify BOMs and labels against components.
• Inspect first-piece for quality.
• Ensure processes meet labor and cycle-time standards.
• Reconcile labor efficiency daily.
• Handle non-conforming materials promptly.
• Attend daily production meetings.
• Assist with daily production reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance/tooling for repairs.
• Maintain housekeeping in molding dept.
• Train as supervisor backup.
