Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Molding Technician to support production by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting molding equipment on 2nd and 3rd shifts in Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of injection molding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and proficiency with basic computer tools like MS Office. You will document audits and maintain equipment and workspace while following management guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of Injection molding experience.
• Established ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions.
• Great attention to detail is required.
• Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essential.
• Above average basic math skills and reasoning ability.
• Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations
• Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates
• Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees
• Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal forms
• Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed
• Organizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department as a whole
• Other duties and projects, as required by production and business need
