Responsibilities

• Define requirements for injection molding processes and automation from concept to commercialization.
• Develop molding machine settings, procedures, acceptance, and validation test plans/protocols.
• Provide input to guide product development and design for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with vendors and plant technicians to meet project and production objectives.
• Lead Kaizen events and mentor engineering technicians to ensure project success.
