Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in plastics or molding.
• Experience with plastic injection molding process development and validation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, validate, and maintain robust injection molding processes.
• Lead process setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze process data, cycle time, scrap, and defects to reduce variation.
• Support mold trials, capability studies, and transfer to production.
• Collaborate with Tooling, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, and Production teams.
• Create and maintain setup sheets, process docs, and technical records.
• Recommend tooling, equipment, materials, and processing improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to technicians and operators.
• Support customer requirements, audits, and new product introductions.
