Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize injection molding operations across multiple production lines. You will develop programs to reduce cycle times, improve yields, and ensure ISO compliance while supporting new product introductions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with silicone injection molding, SPC, and DOE knowledge. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment; silicone injection molding preferred.
• Working knowledge of SPC, DOE and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and methods to optimize productivity and reduce cycle time and costs.
• Ensure processes adhere to ISO standards.
• Improve existing processes using DOE and other methods to increase efficiencies.
• Support product development and successful launches.
• Mold validation setup, troubleshooting and monitoring.
