Viega LLC is seeking a Process Engineer with deep expertise in Injection Molding and Plastics Engineering to design, integrate, and improve our manufacturing systems. You will lead continuous improvement efforts to boost quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency while collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional communication, and a track record of applying Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma tools to real-world processes. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 2+ years related experience; or Master’s Degree.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production problems involving designs, materials, or processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes or reduce costs.
• Apply lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical manufacturing support.
• Work with suppliers to ensure successful completion of manufacturing projects.
