Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to backup material handling to support production flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment.
• Cut, sort, separate, stack, inspect, and box‑make products.
• Move boxes, maintain accurate counts, and keep production moving smoothly.
• Adapt to running any machine or product as production needs change.
