Job summary

Fresh Products is seeking dependable individuals for a Molding Operator role with a 6-day workweek and guaranteed overtime. You will operate plastic injection molding machines, perform supporting tasks, and help maintain production flow in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $19.85 per hour, rising to $20.85 after Operator A training. The role offers weekly pay and a 401k with company match as part of Fresh Products’ benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours daily and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to operate equipment and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment.
• Perform cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting and box-making tasks.
• Move boxes and maintain accurate production counts to keep lines moving.
