Job summary

Fresh Products in Perrysburg, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Injection Molding Material Handler for a 6-day schedule with guaranteed overtime. You will support production by handling materials, unloading grinders, blending materials, and preparing carton labels.

The role requires operating an electric pallet jack and forklift, performing quality checks, and assisting the Injection Molding Supervisor. Starting pay is $20.35 per hour, rising to $21.35 after Operator A training; weekly pay and 401k

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Drug screening and background check required
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Attention to quality, accuracy and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to operate forklift, electric pallet jack, shrink wrapper, machine loaders, and Gaylord sweepers
• Able to clear jams and restart presses

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety, health, quality and company policies
• Relieve operators during shifts
• Perform continuous quality inspection of parts produced
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Deliver and maintain correct material at each machine using an electric pallet jack
• Stage material for incoming shift using forklift
• Empty grinders and blend regrind with virgin material
• Make boxes for production and prepare carton labels
• Maintain the shrink wrapper and move pallets to the shrink wrapper
• Move production pallets to transfer area to work in process
• Monitor schedule and adjust materials accordingly
• Remove jammed parts from molds and restart presses
• Scan materials as completed and moved
