Fresh Products in Perrysburg, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Injection Molding Material Handler for a 6-day schedule with guaranteed overtime. You will support production by handling materials, unloading grinders, blending materials, and preparing carton labels.

The role requires operating an electric pallet jack and forklift, performing quality checks, and assisting the Injection Molding Supervisor. Starting pay is $20.35 per hour, rising to $21.35 after Operator A training; weekly pay and 401k

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety, health, quality and company policies

Fresh Products is hiring a full-time Injection Molding Material Handler for a consistent 6-day schedule with guaranteed overtime. This role offers steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to support a stable manufacturing team in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Position Overview:

The Injection Molding Material Handler supports production by handling materials, unloading grinders, blending materials, relieving operators, completing quality checks, and preparing carton labels as needed.

Schedule & Pay:

6-Day Workweek with Guaranteed Overtime

• Sunday-Friday 6PM-6AM
• Starting hourly rate will be $20.35
• After completing Operator A training, your hourly rate will increase to $21.35

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow all established safety, health, quality, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
• Relieve operators during the shift as needed.
• When relieving an operator, they perform continuous quality inspection of parts produced from established quality standards.
• Maintain work areas to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards, including emptying trash cans and trash hoppers.
• Deliver and maintain the correct material at each machine using an electric pallet jack. Keep machines supplied to prevent downtime and initial material labels to confirm accuracy.
• Stage material for the incoming shift using forklift.
• Empty grinders as needed and blend the regrind with virgin material to maintain production.
• Make boxes for production. Supply dividers where needed. Make labels for cartons, when needed.
• Maintain the shrink wrapper. Move pallets to the shrink wrapper.
• Move the production pallets to an area where they can be transferred to work in process.
• Monitors the production schedule and changes material accordingly.
• Able to remove hung up parts in the mold and restart the press.
• Scanning of materials as completed and moved.Does not make machine control adjustments.
• Pack wave 3d robotic cell parts and palletize.
• Wrap batteries, regrind material in bead blending.
• Assists the Injection Molding Supervisor in all ways required.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to keep up with faster production rates while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support daily production goals and team coverage
• Operate a forklift , electric pallet jack, shrink wrapper, machine loaders , and Gaylord sweepers.
• Ability to clear a jammed grinder following safety procedures.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and written
• Collaborates well with others, proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.
• Encourages all molding associates to function as a team and models these behaviors.
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand for up to 12 hours daily, bend, twist, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 60 lbs.
