Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality, and company policies.
• Relieve operators during shifts as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections on parts produced.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Supply materials to machines and manage labels.
• Stage materials for incoming shifts with forklift.
• Operate grinders and manage regrind with virgin material.
• Prepare cartons and labels; wrap and palletize finished goods.
• Monitor production schedule and adjust materials accordingly.
• Assist supervisor in daily tasks.
