Demonstrates safe work practices in all they do and has no hesitation notifying anyone of an unsafe situation. Can work as a cohesive team and has the skill to identify problems and recommend improvements to provide quality, on time products to our customers.**1.0 DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Follow all company safety guidelines, practices, and procedures. This includes the proper use of personal protective equipment when required.2. Consistently meet production schedule plan and attainment goals by efficiently removing molded parts from press, deflashing, and cutting sprue off, as needed.3. Start and shutdown assigned press. Able to identify and correct any press problems as they occur.4. Ability to learn different equipment/operations and able to rotate to all workstations within the area.5. Maintain a constant visual on parts produced and perform visual quality audits to determine all surfaces are within standards. Communicate product quality issues to appropriate parties.6. Follow company policies and procedures.7. Always maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstation areas.8. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.9. Targeted reduction in waste of all forms (time, materials, labor).10. Communicate effectively with supervisors, group leads and business unit managers.11. Ability to use hand tools, hammer, pick, pry bar, putty knife, utility knife, pin gauges, flex arm, etc.12. Creating and continually improving upon a culture of teamwork, accountability, and trust by modeling expectations and providing positive feedback to drive desired behaviors.13. Documenting and submitting performance reporting as required.14. Gaining knowledge and keeping up to date on safety and quality regulatory notices.15. Responsible for maintaining regular and reliable attendance and punctuality per company policies and procedures.16.
