Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily injection molding operations, ensure schedules, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead production personnel, foster a safety culture, and drive continuous improvement with Lean methodologies across shifts and departments.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading teams of 50+ with Team Leaders.
  • Proficient with ERP systems; IQMS preferred.
  • Experience in thermoplastic injection molding manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, plastics, automation, and robotics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

JOB SUMMARY**: **The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily injection molding operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements are achieved. This position provides leadership and direction to production personnel, promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and drives operational performance through effective management of manpower, materials, equipment, and processes. The Production Supervisor works closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Materials teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: **The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Candidates must be able to perform duties in hot and cold environments..Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% to 100% of the time.Able to ascend/descend forklift and standing lift, trailers, steps, ladders etc.No aversion to heights
