Amcor LLC in the United States is seeking a Team Leader for our manufacturing facility. You will be accountable for safety, communicate safe work expectations, investigate potential risks, and assist in staffing to ensure coverage on all machines.

You will drive production on schedule, ensure correct materials and line settings, monitor quality with QA, and lead training for Packer Handlers and Machine Operators while resolving issues with supervisors.

Qualificações

• Must be able to stand/walk throughout shift and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and safety leadership required.
• Willingness to perform packer/handler tasks as needed.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety activities and communicate safe work expectations.
• Help with staffing plans and production goals.
• Ensure equipment runs per schedule.
• Inspect products and prepare packaging.
• Mentor and train Packer Handlers and Machine Operators.
