Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Molding Material Coordinator to ensure uninterrupted material flow to molding lines. You will monitor consumption, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate material movement, and guarantee resin, colorants, and supplies are available across shifts.

You will support safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement within the molding department while collaborating with Process Technicians and Supervisors to resolve shortages and staging tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of molding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with Excel and reading schedules.
• Exposure to Kanban and 5S concepts.
• Prior material handler experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure molding machines are stocked with required materials to meet production schedules.
• Review daily production schedules and coordinate material requirements for shifts.
• Transport resins, colorants, and packaging supplies to production areas.
• Monitor material readiness and support changeovers to prevent contamination.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts and transactions.
• Support FIFO and material handling procedures across the facility.
