Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Material Operator to support manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, moving, stocking, and shipping materials to ensure uninterrupted production. You will maintain inventory accuracy and operate material handling equipment with safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, storing materials, loading/unloading, and assisting with cycle counts to support ERP accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Forklift Certification required or Milwaukee will train.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against receiving documents.
• Store, stock, and organize raw materials, components and finished goods.
• Move materials using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trailers and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Support production lines with timely replenishment of materials.
