Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of molding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required (TTI training provided).
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure molding machines are stocked with resin, colorants, and related materials to maintain production schedules.
• Review daily production schedules and coordinate material needs for shifts.
• Transport and stage materials, load dryers, and perform material changeovers per specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts and transactions; support FIFO and 5S initiatives.
